September: I am OVER IT! (also some book recs)
I know its taken longer than it has for others for this to hit, but this month I am just DONE. I’m over it, and it is hard to cut through that stupor. My Reading Month: April
April definitely felt like the longest month I have experienced in a while. I’m a little overwhelmed as I go into May, but looking back, I can also say I took full advantage of the last month in terms of reading. In terms of trends, I can see my attention span was lower – I read more graphic novels and short books, and it took me FOREVER to finish the longer, more dense books I was reading. Lambda Literary Awards 2019
You may have noticed that it is Pride Month! Make sure you show your support at the Pride events around you this month and go spend some money on some of these amazing queer authors! The Lambda Literary Awards are probably the most comprehensive LBGTQIA+ book awards in the country.
